The Sporting Life

Summer presents the perfect opportunity to get outside and move your body. While the ongoing 2012 Olympics—with their photo-finishes and otherworldly athletic feats—can be inspiring, there's no need to train like Michael Phelps or Lola Jones to enjoy a bit of the sporting life. So these next two weeks, why not join us and grab a croquet mallet, bocce ball, badminton raquet or simply strap on some hiking boots and get a bit of fresh air pumping through those lungs. A spring in your step will surely follow.
